受过半导体制程，应用电子，技术管理等方面的培训。
5.3 经验
3年以上IC测试经验。
技能技巧
a. 对半导体产业及制程有较深刻的了解；
b. 会编写并使用测试软件对芯片进行测试
c. 参与IC 的ATE测试
d. 有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验；
e. 有扎实的技术支持和管理方面的经验。
