工作职责：


1）负责工厂运营；
2）负责对现有产品生产进行改进，以符合客户要求；
3）优化机械加工方法，对关键件的生产，测试及装配工艺进行工装设计及实施指导；
4）对外购零件及标准件提供标准，进行品牌筛选、性能指标确定、评价及确认；
5）新产品的生产，测试，设计及加工过程进行建议指导；
6）对产品实现全过程提供技术咨询支持；
7）对部属进行日常管理、工作指导以及工作能力提升的培训；



职位要求

1）机械类专业本科以上学历，8年以上机械设备等相关行业的制造管理经验；
2）熟悉国外图纸的国产化转换，；
3）熟悉机械加工工艺等相关产品技术；
4）熟悉机械产品的整机装配及调试工艺设置;
5）对工厂，外协单位、供应商进行有效管理；
6）部门或项目管理的团队领导工作经验；
7）英语听说读写熟练。
