工作职能：
1. 负责建立健全公司营销管理体系，包括各项管理流程、制度与标准等；指导、培训、激励、考核部门员工；协调部门内外工作关系。
2. 收集内外部信息，开展企业营销战略分析；制定并实施公司营销战略方案。
3. 组织项目策划与产品定位的评审工作；规划项目的营销主要节点要求。
4. 参与规划项目方案的讨论和评审；组织开展项目整体营销策划工作，制定营销策划方案。
5. 根据公司经营计划统筹各项目制定并实施项目销售计划，规划并控制营销成本。
6. 组织公司各项目营销服务商的选择与合作，协调营销服务商与各项目之间的工作关系。
7. 建立、维护与策划公司、媒体、广告公司等营销服务商的战略伙伴关系。
8. 组织公司品牌分析、定位和规划等品牌策划工作；依据总部VI系统，管理公司品牌传播体系。
9. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，营销管理、经济管理类专业优先；
2. 8-10年一线房地产开发企业市场营销经验，6年以上管理经验；
3. 优秀的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力；
4. 较强的抗压力能力和执行力；
5. 熟悉国家、地区、房地产行业关于土地流转、房地产开发、建筑规划等相关政策法规；
6. 对房地产企业营销管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累；
7. 具备相应的管理知识、经济学知识、房地产专业知识、市场策划学知识、品牌管理知识、财务知识；
