1.PURPOSE目的

The main contribution of this position is to manage Reliability test activities to assure that reliability and lifetime requirements are managed and realised in Product Development projects from idea phase till market introduction.

? Support TPL to make sure product reliability is qualified in PCP project.
- Responsible for the reliability requirements management and realization.
- Building up and maintaining a complete set of Failure Analysis, using both internally as well as externally available resource.
- Implement the design for reliability in projects.
? Maintain a network of Our Lighting competence center contact persons in the field of LED Lighting, i.e. the Optical Calibration and Measurement groups in Europe and the USA.
? Support SSL quality team to handle complaint and solve problems found in mass production.
? Build up own experience about LED lamp reliability to make a reliability design rule.
? Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study of the literature and technical contacts.

There are three main challenges of this job:
1. Define good and reasonable reliability tests for each new product.
2. Life prediction for new product.
3. Keep updated about new reliability method.

? Master Degree in the area of physics or electronics
? 3 years of experience in Quality and Reliability of LED-based products. Experience with High Power LEDs is a preferred.
? Be familiar with optical, electrical, and thermo-mechanical issues
? Good command of the English language in both speaking and writing is a must.
? Good communication skill and team player
? Be good at problem solving and independent thinking
? Fast learn and willing to share
