Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
职位名称：
Report to: (superior) Mechanical Supervisor
Design job:
1. Design structure and packaging for new product and create 3D/2D specifications of mechanical parts
2. Qualify the samples from vendors
3. Be involved in MLO calculation for the new product
4. Be involved in creating BOM for new product
5. Make mechanical verification test plan and report
6. Support related departments to create relative documents such as manual, marketing brochure, service

training material etc.
7. Tutor and coach other engineers
Location is in Shanghai. Travel 5% or below of the time.

Main responsibility
1. Work with electric design team in RD to get the mechanical design input and find the solution together
2. Work with Purchasing for new components sourcing and MLO calculation
3. Work with Industry department for new product implementation ,DFA analysis process DFMEA.
4. Work with Marketing to get and discuss the requirements for new product
5. Work with Service to get and discuss the requirements for new product
6. Work with product manufacturing for DFM/A

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND 教育背景要求
Compulsory: Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering
Ideal: Master degree of mechanical design (major) of University
More than 5year of mechanical design experience
Good Command of English
