Position: Quality Project Manager
Direct Report to: Quality Director
Work Location: Shanghai

Position Purpose:
Overall in charge of leading and driving the quality planning, controlling and assurance in product development projects and product transfer projects and of supplier qualification audit and follow-up audit in APAC region to support Global WIS supplier qualification needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Pro-actively participate into product development projects and product transfer projects as a member of the project core team.
2. Lead the project quality planning of product development projects and product transfer projects; drive the execution of the project quality plan during each project phase.
3. Lead the project qualification planning cooperation with the TPM, IPM and PSM of the project, monitor and ensure the implementation of project qualification plan.
4. Participate into the design reviews in each product development project, ensure the requirements are properly addressed into the design, ensure RoHS/China RoHS compliance are addressed into the design, ensure the design for manufacturability is properly reviewed.
5. Support the PSM for new supplier qualification; coordinate the new parts/material qualification including FAI.
6. Standardize the quality activities into processes, procedures, and work instructions for mass production.
7. Support the PL Quality Director with necessary information to make decision in each DR review.
8. Support the PL Quality Directors on global supplier qualification activities in APAC region, includes supplier audit, supplier follow-up audit, specific supplier quality issues follow-up.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor/or above degree, major in Electronics or Telecommunications.
2. More than 10 year’s work experience in Telecommunication industry, global enterprises’ experience with different cultures, 5 years above on senior managerial position.
3. Statistical methods (D-FMEA, P-FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA, DFM, etc) required, other quality knowledge include 6 sigma, software quality knowledge includes CMM model, and ISO20000 are preferred.
4. Engineering background with focus on product development processes.
5. Certified ISO9001 auditor, other quality management standards knowledge and experience include TL9000, TS16949, ISO20000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, SA8000 is an advantage.
6. Ability to use software packages e.g. Windows office, Access, and Lotus Notes.
7. Fluent in English, good communication with expatriate experts.
8. Willingness & ability to work diligently under pressure, good team work and cooperation ability.
9. Strong leadership, preciseness, aggressive, influential and decisive; very frequent business traveling domestic and international.
10. Strong coordinating and communication ability.
11. International passport holder is required to be convenient for the job.
12. Oversea working and living experience is preferred.
