Title：Senior C++ Software Engineer
Responsibility
? Responsible for analysis & design, implementation for SW according to technical requirement specification, and standards
? Responsible for large system codes refactory.
? Responsible for test case design according the system requirement and software implementation, and perform the SW test
? Responsible for document review, code review, test case review for cross-functional team for early defect detection to make sure the development goal achieved with high development quality
? Coaching the junior staff in software team to build up team competences
Qualifications
The candidates should have minimum of 5 or above years working experience in telecom software development and strong technical lead ship.
? Required Abilities:
? Extensive programming experience in C++
? Strong Clean Code and OO skills.
? Well understanding of SW testing methodology
? Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
? Extensive knowledge of Vxworks and/or Linux.
? Coding skills in Python, and/or Java, and/or test driven development and continuous integration, and/or agile methodologies are a plus.
备注：C++，设计能力强，硕士4-5年以上经验，博士2年以上经验。
