Title: Industrialization Quality Leader

Work location: Shanghai,

Responsibilities:

1. Act as project industrial quality leader in OCP（offer creation process） projects, to ensure the realization of the quality target and specifications.
2. Work closely with China R&D Center (CRDC) to define components, subassembly and products quality level during design
3. Organize Process FMEA, Industrial FMEA and follow up the actions.
4. Follow Schneider industrial strategy and process to generate industrial quality specification and control plan for parts, component & subassembly (C/SA), Process, and Products.
5. Lead PPEP for supplier manufacturing process capability evaluation, communicate with suppliers on quality requirements, provide proper training if necessary to make sure the suppliers are able to deliver consistent quality parts to Schneider.
6. Promote Quality industrialization tools to support industrialization team
Requirements:
1.Background in Engineering, electronics is ideal.
2.+ 3 years work experience in project or process quality field
3. Good knowledge and experience of FCT, PCBA, molding and other industrial processes are preferred.
4. Good command of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA).
5. Good knowledge, skill and experience on industrial processes audit.
6. Good knowledge, skill and experience on industrial processes audit
