Purpose of position:

1. 负责安排进口货运和相关信息的更新。

2. 管理并审查相关的货运单证和文件。

3. 联络海外总部， 工厂， 和货代公司， 确保货运有效顺利。

4. 做好公司内部和第三方进口物流的运输安排。

5. 做好每一项进口数据的记录。

1) Responsible for managing import shipments and updating related information.

2) Manage shipping documents, import documents checking.

3) Liaise with oversea HQ, manufacture, freight forwarding make sure an efficient and smooth shipping process.

4) Communication with internal department and external parties’ in-coming shipments and delivery.

5) Keep details record of each billing by sea way and air way.

Requirement:

1. 至少一年的相关工作经验。

2. 熟悉进出口操作流程。

3. 具有良好的交流和协调技能。

4. 具有良好的学习能力， 能够承受适当的工作压力。

5. 大学英语6级以上， 熟练操作office办公自动化。

6. 上海本地或有意长期在上海发展者优先考虑。

1) At least one year working experience in related field, bachelor degree above.

2) Familiar import and export procedures and policies.

3) Good communication and planning skill.

4) Innovation, good learning ability and ability to work under pressure.

5) CET six or above, familiar with office software operation.

6) Who may want to working in shanghai as base or local hukou will be prefer.

Salary RMB 4000-5500 depend on working experience.
