Position: NPI Engineer
Direct Report to: Antenna NPI Manager
Work Location: Shanghai

Position Purpose:
Leading the new product qualification trial run
General engineering support and trouble shooting for manufacturing

Responsibilities:
1. Create the documents related to new product, such as WI, PFMEA, Flow Chart, etc.
2. Verify defective from process work with team to take action to improve FPY and reduce scrap rate.
3. Trouble shooting to problem encountered in process.
4. Work with tooling designer for new fixture/jig to meet the process requirement.
5. Evaluate or qualify for any change of material/process/new tooling, etc.
6. Continuously optimize process setting to improve process capability.
7. Provide technical support to production to keep good process capability.
8. Summary and report after each qualification trial run.
9. Do training for production leaders and operators.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering with specialty in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
3+ years of work experience as manufacturing/industrial/NPI engineering
Basic RF knowledge, Antenna knowledge is preferred
Good IE (Industrial Engineering) knowledge
Good English and Chinese communication skills
Good Excel/Word/Access/Visio skills
