Job Title：Leader, Test Development System Engineering

Key Responsibilities：
Lead team to define E2E test strategy and test system design to provide the best solution/spec to new product test development project.
Conduct new competence development and technology innovation in the testing strategy and architecture development domain.

Qualifications：
Education Background:
Bachelor degree. Major in: Communication, Computer, Electronics etc fields.
Work Experience:
5+ years experience in Hardware development and 2+ years on automatic test system development
knowledge of the telecomm technology/product (xDSL, xPON preferred); Be familiar with manufacturing testing process is preferred; Expertise on design of analog/digital circuit and FPGA/PLD. Experienced in using schematic/Layout tools (e.g. Mentor, etc)
Work Language:
proficient in English both writing and speaking
