Job Title：Leader, Test Support and Process Engineering

Key Responsibilities：
Conduct to define requirement spec from testing process and application aspects for the test development in each NPI project.
Lead team on continuous Improvement and optimization of the test process and test equipment application.
Provide the best testing engineering support to relevant manufacturing site

Qualifications：
Education Background:
Bachelor degree. Major in: Communication, Computer, Electronics etc fields.
Work Experience:
5+ years experience in test engineering and experiences on HW/SW development is preferred.
knowledge of the telecomm technology/product (xDSL, xPON preferred); proficient in manufacturing testing process is; Expertise on automatic test equipment support
Work Language:
proficient in English both writing and speaking
