Job Title： Senior Test Development Engineer(SW)

Key Responsibilities：
Be responsible for the test engineering of the new product industrialization, including:
1. Prepare the test document, develop the test strategy and design the test case according to the product requirement document and communication industry standard.
2. Build the test environment; deploy the test system to the field.
3. Test case design and execution.
Be responsible for the on-site test system maintenance, including:
1. Maintain the test document according to the ECO/ECN.
2. Guide the product testing of customer, provide necessary on-site technical support

Qualifications
1. Major in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related. At least 2 years work experience with Master degree or 3 years work experience with Bachelor degree.
2. Understand the communication standard of Access Network (ADSL/PON), test experience with related product is preferred.
3. Be familiar with at least two of the following programming language or tools: Teststand, Labwindows, Labview, C/C++, Perl/PHP/Tcl, .Net, software test experience is a plus.
4. Be familiar with the common used test instrument, instrument control and programming experience is preferred.
5. Be familiar with Linux system, programming experience under Linux is preferred.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of computer and communication network, could understand the new communication protocol and product requirement swiftly.
7. Good working enthusiasm and teamwork spirit.
8. Good in communication skill and problem solving. Experience on large-scale project is a plus.
9. Good written and oral English.
