RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Ensure the technical definition and coordination with the test/development team and architect
2- Help manager in tasks estimations, planning and organization of technical activities, propose actions to maintain and develop a high technical expertise in the team
3- Define and write the validation tests specifications based on the external development specifications (full tests and non regression tests)
4- Define the required tests environment and tools
5- Perform the validation tests
6- Identify and write the errors found. Follow-up and validation of the error reports.
7- Write the tests reports
8- Improve permanently the existing tests strategy and the associated tests specifications
9- Ensure follow-up, feed-back and report to the validation team leader
10- Reports to the validation team leader


QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory
1. Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications and / or computer science, electronic engineering
2. At least total 3+ years working experience in software development (not mandatory) and test (mandatory)
3. Good test experience in VoIP telecommunication products, including test strategy definition, test case design, execution, report and follow-up
4. Strong knowledge in VoIP (SIP protocol) and IP networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS, RTP, sRTP, VLAN, TLS, 802.1x...)
5. Familiar with UNIX and/or Linux test environment and ClearCase, ClearQuest
6. Skilled in using various test tools, such as sipp, smartbit, ethereal and so on.
7. Good communication skills, English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking,
8. Work independently with high accountability. Show good team spirit.

Nice to have
Experience with one or more additional technical subjects is a plus: IP Security, Audio, Wifi, Bluetooth, Driver
Experience in test script writing is a plus.
