Supply Chain Improvement Manager

Candidate Responsibilities

You are for responsible for setting up and implementing results-focused improvements in the End-2-End supply chain –demand and supply planning–, with production sites (outsourced!) and in own organization.
You will apply improvement tools (Lean, six sigma) to drive improvement in –among other -service levels, lead-times, inventories and integral costs and ensure this is embedded into all involved functions.

Key areas of responsibility:
？ Set-up and maintain E2E supply chain performance improvement program to support the company strategy and business objectives;
？ Definition and implementation of breakthrough supply chain projects and delivering the agreed results on time;
？ Continuously improve supply chain processes to meet targets in service levels, lead-times, inventories and integral costs;
？ Coach project members, line responsible and others involved and be a role model for the organization in the journey to continuously improve the supply chain processes.


Candidate Profile
？ Master degree; Supply Chain related major is a plus;
？ At least 7 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within outsourced manufacturing business models (ODM/EMS);
？ Up-to-date knowledge about supply chain concepts in the commercial and industrial area. Familiar with APICS (CPIM) or other comparable certifications;
？ Good knowledge and experience on SAP R/3 (SD and MM module) and SAP APO (DP/ISP/BW) knowledge is highly preferred;
？ Project management experience, including change management;
？ Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Knowledge of Lean & six sigma is preferred;
？ Results driven, strong in implementation and execution;
？ Sense of urgency and high resilience level; flexible but persistent;
？ Strong sense of ownership, make-it-happen mentality
？ Be able to operate in a dynamic business environment; able to work under stress and deal with ambiguity;
？ Have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
