任职要求：

1、  对心理学好奇，运用当代心理学技术帮助企业进行招聘、人才评估、选拔；对星座、手相、生辰八字感兴趣，

2、   两年左右工作经验，经历过职场酸甜苦辣；拒绝玻璃心

3、  心理学、人力资源、哲学等相关专业优先；或者像我们一样的机械工程师出身也不反对

4、  具备人力资源测评、培训相关理论知识和实际经验，有行业背景或客户资源者优先

 

 工作内容：

1、  根据公司年度计划，既能口若悬河的开发新客户，也可继往开来的维护好老客户

2、  基于客户大大的各色“奇葩”需求，以顾问视角出发，提供可落地实施的标准化产品及解决方案

3、  有效组合及协调公司相关部门资源和支持，关注各个关键节点，进行有效的服务管理

4、  定期整理客户需求信息和产品后期信息反馈给相关部门，通过改善相关服务来提升新老客户满意度
