岗位职责：
Responsibilities:

1.设计并主导市场营销的各项活动，以此达到推广公司产品及服务的目的。
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
2.基于公司现状，市场行情及成本等多方原因，确立公司的市场营销策略，并对其进行实时的评估及发展。 Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
3.对公司现有的摄影师，剪辑师及其他艺术家和服务有很深入的了解。
Knowledgment of company's artists and services.
4.设计定价策略，以达到公司盈利目标及客户满意度之前的平衡。
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
5.能快速建立起与客户之间的良好关系，在市场营销方面有创新精神。
Build up client relationships, be innovative in marketing.
6.联系客户，向他们递交提案并且能说服客户与公司合作。
Contact clients, make proposal to them and seal the deal quickly.
7.编辑介绍公司艺术家及各项服务的宣传册。
Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
8.对公司现有的竞争者，市场行情及趋势有深入且独到的见解。
Maintain a high level of knowledge of company's competitors, market, and industry trends.

任职条件：

Qualifications:

本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or higher.
倾向于有市场营销，大众传播，媒体或其他相关专业
Prefer Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or other related majors
在广告行业有五年的工作经验，担任市场营销制片超过两年的时间
5 years' working experience in advertisement industry, 2 years experience in the position of Marketing Director
能流畅得用英文及中文交流
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
