Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限
- Responsible for ColPAS E/E project acqusition technical topics and E/E project development
- Responsible for ColPAS E/E sub-component development
- Responsible for ColPAS E/E component localization
- Responsible for technical analysis & testing activities to support ColPAS E/E development
- Intern and extern main contact person for all E/E related technical and project topics
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
- Support project acquisition and carry out E/E realted engineering tasks.
- Ensure proper project development and documentation, fulfill project timing requirement, quality requirement and
technical requirement, based on company intern standard procedures and fulfill state legal requirement.
- Manage E/E ADVP, following up the technical open issues, failure analysis, generate product readiness
document/report with intern competent team members.
- Ensure safety release progress.
- E/E configuration management and change management.
- Support production launch activitiy in China, concerning component quality stability ensurance, process stability
ensurance, proper implementation of functional test on line and at test lab, product performance stability, ensure
a proper SW/HW version control.
- Supplier management for E/E components localization regarding timing, design, cost and quality.
- Team work with project team, inclusive process development team, purchasing team and supplier quality ensurance
team, etc.
- Main contact person for customer regarding E/E related technical and project issues, ensure sufficient support to
customer through intern competent team members. Ensure competent approach at the customer side.
Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格
1. Knowledge 知识
Education 学历 BSc or more, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
Foreign Language 外语 English or German
Computer Skill 计算机
2. Experience 经验
Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 EPAS Development Experience preferred
Project leader experience 项目管理经验 At least two years of Project Management experience in automobile branch
Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验 Interculture Experience preferred
