Position: Vice General Manager

Requirements:

University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration

Experience in die casting production / injection moulding production, quality and sales area

At least 5 years experience as a (Vize) General Manager in a foreign company or significant combined management experience in various functional areas.

Extensive experience from managing a foreign company or a Joint venture in China
Ability to build, develop and manage the company

Works exceedingly well under pressure, handling multiple time-sensitive projects, and negotiating effectively.

Experience in production and quality for export.

A stable personal and home situation.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English
Customer oriented and flexible
Quality oriented

Job description:

Manage and lead the departments with the operations for

Die casting

Injection moulding

Machining

- Formulate business strategy and fulfill business targets.

- Take full charge of overall business management and decision-making.
- Take charge of daily operation management of the factory
- Be responsible for company daily administration including making out and carrying out the management regulations, establishing company system, optimizing working process.
- Be responsible for people management and budget control.

管理和领导各部门以下的有效运营:

压铸

注塑

机加工

- 制定业务策略并实现业务目标

- 全权负责所有的经营管理和决策

- 负责工厂的日常运作管理

- 负责公司的日常管理，包括制定和执行管理条例，建立公司制度，优化工作流程

- 负责人员管理和预算控制
