职位描述：

1. 对公司面料的颜色/手感/品质进行准确的判断，能够独立确认色卡，手掌样，码样，大货；

2. 部分面料、辅料资源的开发；

3. 与面料供应商以及内部团队进行有效沟通，基数支持供应商和厂商，确保他们的质量水平的提高，以及效率和成本优化；

4.其他分析等工作。

职位要求：

1.要求是纺织工程专业；

2.至少5年以上的工作经验；

3.需要扎实的纺织知识：织布/染色/印布/绣花/蕾丝/各种不同的整理方式，等等；

4.熟练掌握美国4分制验货标准；

5.能够用英文听说读写；

6.能够熟练使用电子邮件，WORD, EXCEL等软件；

7.性格要求：诚实，开朗，善于团队合作，工作刻苦，乐观，注意细节
