职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Provide subject matter expertise to regional and center leadership team on building organizational capability through strategic planning and support for manpower planning, structure fulfillment, talent retention, performance management and culture building with the resources of national HRBP team to enable the sustainable achievement of business results.
2. Join and involve in regional and center management meetings, e.g. strategic planning, business meetings, center tour and major functional activities to understand the existing and potential people issues and opportunities in the relevant centers.
3. Develop and analyze workforce measurements (e.g., cast member attraction, engagement, turnover, leadership, work-life issues of both foreign trainer and local trainers) to help center management make responsive decisions that impact people processes.
4. Offer consultation and HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of responsible centers in different regions including:
- Manpower management and forecasting
- Employee engagement & performance management
- Working environment building
- Talent management/retention & Succession Planning
- Employee Relations
5. Investigate and supervise investigations of issues affecting employer/employee relations or compliance with regulations by conducting interviews, reviewing data and discussing issues with involved parties.
6. Provide guidance and advice to management on developing, implementing and revising employee relations programs and policies and resolving personnel problems.
7. Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures in order to answer questions and complaints submitted by cast members.
8. Plan and implement the kind of cast member activities to enhance the team building and relationship including not limited to Annual dinner party, family day, birthday party etc.
9. Support HR special projects if any.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years HR experience in big multi-national company i.e. FMCG, Retail etc.
2. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
3. Experience working in a matrix and diversified organization.
4. Strong leadership/coaching skills and ability to influence others.
5. Bachelor degree or above required.
6. Familiar with China labor law, regulations and Trade Union Law etc.
7. High level personal integrity and credibility
8. Data Analysis Skills.
9. Have a high entrepreneurial spirit and creativity to grow and improve the business.
10. Strong business acumen Core Skills:

- Customer focus
- Excellent co-ordination and communication skills
- Execution – deliver the result
- Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Organization and planning skills with extensive experience in Change Management. (e.g. ability to analyze and act upon system-driven business data; project management, etc.. ).
