SALES MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
Our unique 24 months Sales Management Trainee Program is designed to expose participants to the principal areas of our business as well as to key functions while allowing them to gain experience and enhance their business acumen through a series of well-structured and challenging assignments including 1 international assignment.
WHO DO WE RECRUIT?
? Hold a bachelor or Master's degree from a reputable university (local or overseas) with less than 2 years professional experience. The chemical or foods education background or working experience will be a plus
? Willing to become outstanding sales professional in Fragrance and Flavor industry
? Strategic thinking and basic business and/or marketing knowledge
? Excellent command of Mandarin and English
? Strong on interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people at all levels and from different cultures
? High curiosity and interest to our business
? Opend mind and quick learning
? Customer focus and good listening skill

THE PROGRAM
? A period of 24 months with 3 challenging assignments in different business divisions & key support functions. Each assignment may last for 5-6 months
? Each key assignment will correspond to a well defined strategic project related to a business issue with opportunities to connect with Firmenich senior management
? A mentor will be assigned to act as a coach & to provide guidance, feedback & support
? At the end of each assignment, your performance against a list of fixed objectives and leadership expectations will form the basis for evaluation

RECRUITMENT TIME FRAME
Closing Date for Application :20th May 2015
1st Interview and Test with HR:May-June 2015
Assessment Centre: June 2015
Final Interview with Senior Leadership Team : End of June 2015
Offer to Successful Candidate+Program Commencement from July 2015
