KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Develop LC-UV-MS bioanalytical methods for metabolite identification and semi-quantitative analysis of metabolites without reference standards in multiple matrices
2. Conduct identification, characterization and isolation of drug metabolites from liver microsomes, S9 fraction, hepatocytes, plasma, urine, bile and tissues.
3. Generate study protocols, reports for drug metabolism studies.

REQUIREMENTS:
4. A Bachelor or Master’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical science and other related areas with 0 - 3 years' relevant experience
5. Working knowledge in bioanalytical, enzymology, drug metabolism, and pharmacokinetics with spectral interpretation and structural elucidation skills
6. Hands-on experience in instrumentation of ion-trap LC-MS/MS/UV and high resolution LC-MS/MS/UV
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Good English writing ability is plus

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
Experienced Scientist to conduct metabolite identification and profiling studies in in vitro-systems (liver microsomes, S9, plasma, hepatocytes, etc.) and in vivo-systems (mice, rats, dogs, monkeys, human, etc.).
Experience in areas of metabolite identification, mass spectrometry and spectral interpretation is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
