职位描述

College/University graduate (or equivalent) in business or engineering with a minimum of four years experience in product/process engineering, product development, or technical sales. 商务或工程专业大学毕业或同等学历,至少有四年以上产品/工艺工程,产品开发或技术销售经验。
Fluent in written and spoken English 流畅的书面英语和口头英语
Experience/working knowledge of the Automotive manufacturing process, product, and capabilities有汽车制造业流程,产品和能力等工作经验
Ability to interpret automotive drawings, designs, and specifications 能解读汽车图纸,设计和规格
Strong understanding of customer quality, commercial, and technical requirements. 理解客户质量,业务和技术要求。

Proven track record of working with APQP process配合APQP流程工作,能提供跟踪记录

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, develop, and implement customer specific strategy for all of the BUs of Woodbridge. Act as "one face to the customer" both externally and internally. 领导,发展并实行木桥所有业务单元的客户战略。作为对内和对外客户联络人。
Develop and execute a business plan with input from the BUs that focuses on the retention of current business and growth via new business while maintaining appropriate financial returns. Develop customer specific RFQ strategies. Coordinate and develop customer specific response. 开发客户特定RFQ战略。协调发展对客户的特定回应。
Secure business award including negotiation of contract terms, ensure process is in place to maintain pricing, address material pass through, volume fluctuations, contract life and terms & conditions. Together with the BU Product Manager and Program Manager manage the contract terms throughout the life of program. 保证获取业务,包括协商合同条款,确保适当的流程来定价,物料的通过,产量变化,合同寿命及条款。和产品经理及项目经理在整个项目生命周期内一起管理合同条款。
Execute customer contract after business award and ensure adherence to terms (programs, LTA, volumes, RMI, etc.) together with Program & Product Managers. Support Product and Program Managers as required to ensure product and launch effectiveness. In addition, support Corporate Marketing in developing annual sales forecast. Assume global leadership for customers with HQ's in our region (North America). Support internal JVs, etc. where the customer has HQ or program lead in their regions. Liaison on Global Platforms.
Develop and maintain broad & deep relationships at the customer and across the industry. Be aware of customer opportunities beyond our traditional products/services. Know our competition and overall market and monitor changes and trends.
