要求 JOB REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES：
1 本科以上学历，工程或相关专业，Bachelor degree or above, engineering or related field.
2 熟悉聚氨酯发泡工艺，2年以上相关工作经验，Familiar with PU foaming process，2 years or above related experience.
3 熟悉发泡模具，Familiar with PU mould
4 精通聚氨酯发泡原理，Familiar with PU chemical principle.
5 技术分析和解决问题的能力，Ability in technical analysis and issues solving.
6 良好的沟通技巧，踏实的工作态度，Good communication skill，hardworking and honest.
职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1,监控工艺参数在正常范围内，并分析解决异常，Monitor process parameter, analyze and solve abnormal situation
2,根据项目计划完成新产品工艺设置和测试，Finish new product process setting and trial run according to program plan.
3,分析日常工艺问题的根本原因并及时解决，Analyze the root cause of daily problem and take action to solve the problem in time.
4,分析生产数据，找出报废、低效、停机的根本原因，制定行动计划并执行，Analysis the production data to find the root cause of scrap, efficiency, down time, prepare the action plan and carry out.
5,持续改进，降低成本，Continue to improve and reduce the cost.
6,制定技术文件（工艺参数、操作指导书等），并培训操作工，Create the process document(Process parameter, work instruction etc.) and train operator.
7,和模具部门或设备部门一起解决模具或设备问题，Work with mold or maintenance department to solve mold or equipment problem.
8,上级交代的其他任务，Other task from manager.
