4.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.

5.Ability in technical analysis and issues solving.

6.Good communication skill (with customer and other department).

8.Experience for BMW program or product is plus.

岗位职责：
1.Finish the new product process setting and testing according to program plan.
根据项目计划完成新产品工艺设置和测试。
2.Conduct product trial run on new equipment or fixture.
负责产品在新设备或工装上的调试。
3.Analyze the root cause of the daily process problem and take action to solve the problem in time.
分析日常工艺问题的根本原因并及时解决。
4.Analysis the production data to find the root cause of scrap, efficiency, down time, prepare the action plan and carry out.
分析生产数据，找出报废，效率损失，停机的根本原因，制定行动计划并执行。
5.Analyze product cycle time and the rate for each station, improve the efficiency continuously.
分析产品的周期时间及各岗位节拍，持续改进生产效率。
6.Create the process document (Process setting point, work instruction…) and train operator.
制定技术文件（工艺参数，操作指导书……），并培训操作工。
7.Work with supplier or maintenance dept. to solve equipment or fixture problem .
和供应商或设备部门一起解决设备或工装问题。
8.Other risks from supervisor/manager.
