Job Responsibility:
-Identity, research and evaluate suppliers (raw material, equipment, tools, service, etc.) that meet the company’s cost, quality, timing and reliability of supply
-Recognize selected suppliers as company’s approved supplier in accordance with procedures
-Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, proposals or quotations, negotiate prices and delivery conditions and commit to purchases with terms that are in the company’s best interest
-Obtain materials, equipment, tools, service according to production, engineering and sales plan, solve the problem of material, equipment supply
-Monitor the performance of suppliers to ensure company’s requirement full filled
-Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability
-Ensuring at all times the procurement practices are duly meet the Company policies and ensuring procedures are adhered to and are in compliance with all legislations and/or regulations

Competences:
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or engineering field
-Previous work experience (3-5) years in purchasing are required (Chemical background will be in advantage)
-Good communication skills are necessary, in both Chinese and English.
-A good technical aptitude is required to understand manufacturing materials.
-Strong negotiation skills required
-Good personal computer skills.
-Basic understanding of ERP/MRP is preferred
-25 to 35 years old,
-Integrity and able to work under pressure
-Teamwork attitude
