工作职责
？ Be responsible for Operations normal data change request.
？ Back-up and recovery for Dell scan server.
？ Be responsible for the Operations data request.
？ Coordinate with IT staff about the IT related activities such as IT issue resolution
？ Coordinate with Operation about the New enhancement for both WX3 and WMS system.
？ Provide the IT technical leadership required to implement IT project.
？ Provide consulting for advanced network services. Capability and IT software/system implementation.
？ Work closely and coordinate with regional/global IT team to roll out IT project in China accordingly.
？ Resolve the common issue of system for Operations.
？ New project system configuration.
？ Generate monthly billing report for finance team.
？ Maintaining the WMS and WX3 system billing configuration.
？ Be responsible for maintaining enterprise eCustom System.
？ Be responsible for the UAT system testing and feedback to Y3 team.
？ Coordinate with Y3 team to finish the work assign by Y3 team .
