Principal Challenges:

-Will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.

-Maintaining technical knowledge in property, building and construction industry on specifications, procedures, standards to ensure conformance to established requirements and expectations.
具备房地产、建筑和施工领域关于技术指标、流程和标准等方面的专业技术知识，确保工作与相关要求和预期一致。

-Keeping abreast of property, building and construction industry trends and developments in order to stay relevant in the industry.
紧跟房地产、建筑和施工领域的最新趋势和发展，以便长期在行业中立于不败。

-Analysing problems, issues and/or data of moderate complexity and scope and to produce relevant strategies.
对问题、议题和/或复杂性及涉及面一般的数据进行分析，以制定相关战略方案。

Desired Skills & Experience:
所需技能和经验

-Architectural/Engineering/Finance Degree, qualification with MBA highly preferred.
建筑类/工程类/财务类学位，具有MBA文凭者优先考虑。

-Minimum 5 years working experience in property, building and/or construction industry.
5年或以上房地产、建筑和/或施工领域工作经验。

-High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, with ability to interface with all levels of management.
熟练的英汉口语及书面能力，能与各个层面的管理人员进行沟通。

-High proficiency in MS Office Suites, with eye for good professional design and presentation.
熟练掌握MS Office办公软件，对优秀的专业设计和展示作品具备鉴赏力。

-Fast thinker, brave and bold in ideas, meticulous attention to details, high performer.
思考问题迅速、想法大胆且勇于提出、重视细节、工作效率高。

-Able to travel extensively together with CEO, as needed.
需要能长期去国外出差。
