v SUMMARY

Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in industrial plant by performing the following duties.

v ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

? Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.

? Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

? Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

? Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment,

? Materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.

? Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

? Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

? Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.

? Manufactory product line report check & analysis

? System assembly issue root cause analysis & push owner for fix plan & action

? Product line test/check methodology improvement and exploration for HW design new technologies

? Manufactory assembly key components incoming quality review and assurance

v QUALIFICATIONS / Certificate / Licenses /Registrations

? ISO-9000 / Internal audit qualification or experience

? TS-16949 / Internal audit qualification or experience

? ISO-14000 / Internal audit qualification or experience

v Education and experience

? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from four year college or university and 10 years related experience and/or training, ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

v LANGUAGE SKILLS

? Good English communication ability

Manufacturing Engineering manager must have ability to communicate about the content of manufacturing expertise by English.
