Responsibility:

1. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.

开发、评估以及改善生产制造方法；

2. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

分析、计划人员需求、空间需求、工作流程以及针对最大效率方面对设施和工作区进行设计布局；

3. Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

与生产计划人员和工艺设计成员就产品设计和加工以确保有效的生产方法进行商议；

4. Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.

与供应商就需要的产品规格以及安排采购设备、物料或零部件等进行协商，并根据规格和质量标准对产品进行评估；

5. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

预估生产时间，员工需求以及相关成本信息以供管理层决策；

6. Confers with management, engineering and other staff what is regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

与管理层、 工程部及其他与生产力、生产计划和其它促进生产工艺相关的工作人员进行沟通协商；

7. Applies statistical methods individual and estimates future manufacturing requirements and potential.

能运用统计法独立统计数据，并预估未来的生产需求和潜在的生产变化；

Requirements:

1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skills;

学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟悉办公系统；;

3. Can work in high pressure;

Education and skill requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, along with 4-5 years of experience.

本科以上工程相关专业，并具有4-5年相关工作经验；

2. Have equipment design experience (Assembly equipment) , PLC experience (include servo motor control, Camera inspection system) and experience for management of PFMEA.

具有设备设计相关经验（装配设备），PLC经验（包括控制伺服电机，摄影检查系统）以及PFMEA管理经验；

3. Familiar with the following knowledge but not limited, Mechanical design and mechanical drawing, Air circuit design (Air cylinder, solenoid valve. ), Process design Knowledge,

熟悉机械设计和机械绘图、空气环路设计（气缸、电磁阀）、工艺设计等，但不仅限于以上几类；

4. Understanding for assembly cost structure, line efficiency, process quality control (ISO9000, TS16949), and traceability system (concept)

了解组装成本结构，产线利用率、工艺质量控制(ISO9000, TS16949)，以及追踪体系。
