Responsibility:

1.Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.

对MFG工程部工作的流程进行维护，评估，改进，提升。

2.Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

对产线人员使用情况，间隔要求，工作流程，设备安排，工作区高利用率等方面进行分析并制定合理化建议。

3.Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

与其他设计人员协作，对生产流程和工具进行规划，确保产线高效运转。

4.Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment。

联系供应商，制定产品技术规格，参与设备购买工作。

5.Materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.

根据规格和质量标准对原材料，零配件以及成品进行审核。

6.Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

能提供有关生产进度表，人员需求以及成本控制方面的建议。

7.Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

就生产进度安排以及其他有利于提高生产率方面的问题，能和生产与管理部门，工程部门以及其他技术人员进行有效沟通协作。

8.Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.能对未来的工程需求以及潜在问题进行评估。

9.Manufactory product line report check & analysis

对工程管理产线报告进行核对以及分析

10.System assembly issue root cause analysis & push owner for fix plan & action

对设备安装出现的问题进行分析，对设备管理人员安装计划以及实施情况进行监督。

11.Product line test/check methodology improvement and exploration for HW design new technologies

提高产线测试/检查方法，改进硬件设计技术

12.Manufactory assembly key components incoming quality review and assurance

工程设备模块质量分析和跟踪；

13.Understand and manage basis. (P-1205)

具备良好的工程管理基础常识

14.Others task assigned by MFG Manager.

其他工程经理临时安排的工作

Requirements:

1.Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

勤奋、诚实以及优秀的沟通技巧；

2.Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill

良好的学习能力，英文沟通水平以及计算机操作能力；

3.Can work in high pressure;

能在压力下进行工作；

Education and skill requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or related area, above CET4 is must.

本科以上学历, 电子工程或机电工程技术及相关专业，英语水平四级及以上；

2.Above 6 years MFG experiences in manufacture industry or related working experiences, familiar with Motion analyses method (Predetermined Time Standards) such as WF, MTM, MODAPTS, and MOST etc.

具有6年以上制造业相关工作经验, 熟悉运动分析方法，例如PTS, WF, MTM，MODAPTS以及MOST；
