Responsibilities

职责

? Manage a digital team and work collaboratively with content managers, developers and designers

? 管理数字团队，与内容经理、开发人员和设计人员通力合作

? Develop overall strategy for the Chinese Market as well as brainstorming new and creative growth strategies

? 制定针对中国市场的整体战略，并提出新的、有创意的增长战略

? Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in order to maximize ROI

? 计划和实施所有的网络、SEO/SEM、营销数据库、电子邮件、社交媒体和图片广告活动，以最大限度地提高ROI

? Create and Stimulate quality content

? 创建和促进优质内容的产生

? Design, build and maintain our social media presence

? 设计、构建和维护我们的社交媒体曝光度

? Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

? Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

? Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

? Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications and Experience

资历和经验

? Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification

? 商务或市场营销相关专业学士学位或同等学历

? 5+ Years of project management experience

? 5年以上项目管理经验

? Experience with Search Engine Analytics Tools such as Baidu Tongji

? 掌握百度统计等搜索引擎分析工具

? Experience in the Electronics industry an asset

? 有电子行业从业经验者优先

? Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash is an asset

? 掌握Photoshop、Illustrator和Flash软件工具者优先
