Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限
1. Handle duty free machine import
2. Prepare and maintain duty free handbook for re-export
3. Handle incoterm changes for domestic transportation, milkruns
4. Forwarder evaluations and audits, complaint mgt
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
"Duty handling
- Handle duty free machine importing and all related documents
- Handle material import from overseas and all related documents
- Do implementation of FTA China/Switzerland
- Raise duty problems, join solution with corporate HQ and implement in plants
- Join duty related optimizations between CN plants (e.g. HS code optimizations)
- Share knowledge, arrange preparation with other functions (e.g. EPS 8%)
- Prepare and maintain free duty handbook for re-export
Overseas transport costs
- Handle destination service of handling agent for overseas transportation
- Escalate to regional/corporate SCM
Domestic transportation costs
- Join potential analysis of milkruns for CN plants, handle incoterm changes
- Do supplier evaluation, do complaints
- Join monthly performance meeting with forwarder
- Join forwarder audits cross-plant
Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格
1. Knowledge 知识
Education 学历 University Degree
Foreign Language 外语 Good command in English or German
Computer Skill 计算机 Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,CAD)
2. Experience 经验
Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 3 years experience in import & export Presta
Project leader experience 项目管理经验 One or two project leader experience is required
Project member experience 项目参与经验 Good project management skills
Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验 At least 2 years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
