Objective of Job:
?Business support to all business departments;
?Sales process review and incentive program analyze;
?Dealer financing status assessment
Brief Task Description
?Incentive Actual Payout Review including Sales incentive/Network incentive/Aftersales incentive/marketing incentive
?Retail financing program analysis
?Local dealer audit and dealer funding analysis
?CATC cost analysis
?Other tasks per request
Qualification:
?Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance, Strong experience in financial analysis area, prefer >3 years FP&A experience in an MNC (trading company).
?Strong analytical skills and computer skills including MS professional (Excel and PowerPoint), good communication and written skills in English and Chinese. SAP experiences are preferred.
?Detail orientated / Proactive working attitude / can working under pressure /Good team player.
