POSITION: process inspector

职位： 过程检验员

REPORT TO: Quality Engineer

汇报：质量工程师

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

主要目标：

To 100% perform check on GP12 station and process station, ensure that all the components before delivery conform with GP12 standard.

按照GP12检验标准，100%检验出厂产品，以确保零缺陷。

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

主要职责

1. For GP12 workstation of GM project

按照《GP12检验指导书》的要求，进行GP12站点的检验工作。

2. Assistant to the quality engineer to follow process inspection and deal with internal quality issue.

协助质量工程师对过程进行控制，并处理内部质量事故。

3. Assistant to quality engineer to finish daily quality summary

协助质量工程师完成每日质量报表。

4. Assistant the non-conform sorting for semi and finished goods.

协助厂内半成品和成品的挑选工作。

REQUIREMENTS:

要求：

1. Skilled using production measurement tools ,like gage ,caliper,.etc.，better that can use projector， familiar with Interior trim

会使用游标卡尺，各种量规等，能使用投影仪更佳,熟悉内饰件的检验更佳。

2. Can understand English and Chinese drawing

能读懂中英文图纸。

3. Education: technical degree。

教育：中专学历。

4. At least 2 years' related working experiences

2年以上工作经验。

5. Good computer skills, experiences with Word and Excel.

会使用Word和Excel软件。

6. Live in Jia ding and Ok for OT

最好住在嘉定，能适应加班。
