MAIN MISSIONS 主要使命：
Architect’s mission is to compose and review software architectures and designs to deliver high quality software systems and products to clients.
架构师的主要使命是编写和审核软件架构与设计，从而给到客户高质量的软件系统和产品。

Architect’s main tasks including:
架构师的主要工作包括:
1. Provide analysis and design of software systems, while integrating components built by developers and ensuring architectural integrity of the system;
进行软件系统的分析和设计，将程序员开发的模块进行集成，确保系统的架构完整；
2. Implement & deploy prototypes and mission critical modules of software;
进行软件原形和关键模块的开发；
3. Design or recommend proper software framework and tools for developers to improve the quality and efficiency of development;
设计或推荐合适的架构和工具给开发人员使用，提高开发的质量和效率；
4. Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers regarding the software implementation and maintenance of software systems based on company’s best practices
按照公司的最佳实践来对开发人员进行软件实施和维护的技术指导、培训；
5. Analyze problems and solve problems
分析和解决问题
6. Get involved in the company's pre-sale project support, proposal preparation and presentation, customer visits and help the company to pitch the client successfully.
参与公司的售前项目支持、方案讲解、客户拜访等工作，协助公司顺利接下项目。
7. Other missions given by the company.

Experiences & Background 经历及背景
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science;
计算机或相关专业，本科及以上学历
2. At least 3 years of relevant architecture experience on Microsoft platforms;
至少3年以上的微软技术相关架构师经验;
3. Srong developer background, practical experience implementing web technologies using HTML, CSS, JavaScript , C# and ASP.NET MVC, knowledge and experience of PHP is preferred;
很强的开发背景，使用HTML,CSS,JavaScript，C#和ASP.NET MVC开发网站的实用经验，有PHP的知识和经验为佳；
4. Expertise in high-performance website, SQL Server database design and performance tuning.
精通高性能网站设计，SQL Server数据库设计和性能调优。
5. Experience in functional architecture, business process analysis and documentation
有功能架构、业务流程分析和文档化的经验
6. Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar; certification would be a plus.
有TOGAF或类似的企业架构框架的经验；有相关证书者优先。

Competency Requirements 能力要求
1. Familiar with the mainstream open source frameworks and technologies;
熟悉主流开源框架和技术;
2. Proficient in Web cluster and a database cluster technology, can build distributed systems;
精通网站和数据库集群技术，可以搭建分布式系统;
3. Outstanding analytical, problem solving skills, must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues;
出色的分析和解决问题的能力，能够自我激励并跟踪问题的解决;
4. Work independently with solid communication skills and a strong sense of customer focus;
能够独立工作并具有沟通技能以及以客户为中心的意识；
5. Good English capability in both writing and conversation.
