工作职责：
1. 负责大规模数据平台搭建；大数据采集、存储、可视化框架开发；
2. 负责大数据分析；
3. 负责大数据项目的技术指导和架构设计。

岗位要求：
1. 4年以上Java开发经验，2年以上大数据相关项目开发经验；
2. 精通Java多线程变成，熟练使用Linux操作系统，熟练掌握Git、SVN、Maven、Jira等开发管理工具；
3. 对服务器集群有较深的认识，并有较为丰富的集群开发经验；
4. 精通Hadoop生态圈技术，有丰富的MapReduce/HBASE开发经验；
5. 熟悉Storm、Spark等大数据相关技术者优先；
6. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、学习创新能力、数据分析能力；
7. 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作意识。
