职位描述
工作职责:
1. 设计与运维关系型数据库，并保障其性能与高可用性；
2. 及时排除数据库故障，并对数据库进行持续性能优化；
3. 数据库开发支持，负责相关业务的数据建模、设计评审、SQL代码审核等；
4. 设计、架构并实施数据库，包括从需求确认到计划、部署测试以及线上运维；
5. DBA日常例行工作，包括：数据库安装与升级，打补丁，环境复制，备份与恢复，处理进程监控，系统规划及性能优化；
6. 参与7x24数据库系统oncall；
7. 提供内部员工的数据库培训,提高公司整体开发人员数据库方面能力。
基本要求:
1. 计算机科学、工程、数学、数据分析等相关专业毕业；
2. 精通SQL语言,熟悉MySQL数据库基本原理，熟悉数据库的性能优化、SQL调优技术；
3. 两年以上MySQL DBA工作经验，精通Innodb引擎优化方法；
4. 熟悉MySQL数据库的日常管理和维护，深入理解运维自动化，并具备相关运维能力；
5. 熟悉MySQL可扩展性架构、主从复制、高可用性；
6. 良好的团队协作能力，积极主动，乐于接受挑战，能承受工作压力。
优先考虑以下条件满足者:
1. 有海量数据库设计经验优先；
2. 熟练运用Linux平台的脚本开发包括不限于：bash shell, Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP；
3. 熟悉No-SQL技术,如MongoDB、Hbase等。
