Major Responsibilities
- Subcontractors Development
Work with concerned departments to develop potential subcontractors for power diode products to meet company's requirement.
- Technical Support
Work with in-house engineering and R&D and each department concerned and subcontractors to finish PCR.
- Cost Reduction Projects
Price negotiation with existing subcontractors to meet company target cost.
- Customer Satisfaction
Maintain subcontractors to provide the qualified, low price and on-time delivery products to customers.
All outsourcing products with higher gross margin, lower cost, Zero Defect and 100% on-time delivery
- Cost Standardization
Work with Finance, Operation departments to standardize the subcontracting product's manufacturing cost.
- Reporting
Report subcontract operation activities, coordinate and support system / product engineering departments to subcontractor audit.
Work with subcontractors, planning, system, operation and quality department for data reporting and communication.

Education
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering or Science

Relevant Experience
5 years experience at least in engineering or operation function in semiconductor field
Managerial experience is preferable

Skills/Knowledge
- Speak, read & write fluent English & Mandarin
- Well know semiconductor assembly process & business environment
- Well know assembly house business
