1. Position Summary:
- Establish the strategy of clinical application(Anesthesia)
- Improve training quality of hospital training center(HTC)
- Develop the courses and implement the training program of CA2T
- Enhance the quality of Anesthesia simulation courses

2. Principal Accountabilities:
Establish the courses and implement the training program of CA2T (40%)
- Develop training courses for Aesthesia CA2T program(Including simulation courses)
- Give lectures in training course/workshop in anesthesia CA2T.
- Prepare and go through the process of CA2T training program

Improve training quality of hospital training center (20%)
- Develop training course for anesthesia HTC.
- Develop workshop for anesthesia HTC.
- Participate and give lectures in training course/workshop in anesthesia HTC.
- Work with sales team to go through the process of HTC
- Support the arrangement of ICU HTC

Certificate field application team (40%)
- Develop training course for FA team(Aesthesia).
- Participate and certificate FA team(Aesthesia).

3. Experience:
- At least 2-3 years clinical work experience in anesthesia department.
- Highly preferred experience in anesthesia related healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device businesses
- Highly preferred public presentation skills and experience
- Highly preferred experience in learning and communicating complex technical information
- Highly preferred experience communicating with key customers, senior managers.
- Demonstrable problem solving skills and behaviors
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer)

4. Education:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in medicine or pharmaceutical
