Diagnosis Technician 诊断技术员

Report to Product Support Engineering Manager

1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

？ Diagnosis technician is a position mainly handle Level 1 and 2 analysis of production line failed parts.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

？ L1/L2 analysis of rejected part from production line.

？ L1/L2 analysis of rejected 0km/warranty to free Diagnosis Engineer from routine job and help Diagnosis Engineer to focus on L2/L2.5 analysis.

？ Routinely check first off part as a support to Production/Quality.

？ Finish/Update PFR report within 1 working day per agreed schedule.

？ Weekly update reject tracking list and summarize status/progress, escalate issue properly.

？ Attend Daily Sunrise meeting and work with team (Support Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Supplier) to address/fix major issues.

3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

？ CET 2 (or plus) as English is working language.

？ Can use MS Work, Excel, Powerpoint effectively.

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

？ Educational: College degree with Electronic/Mechanical Engineerin background

？ Experience: Preferred with working experience of automotive businesses.
