岗位职责：

1. Oversee all the internal propaganda including School website, Year Book, photos, videos, school culture decoration, etc,.
2. Developing a communications and marketing strategy targeted at potential student families, existing student families, and potential supporters in the community
3. Preparing collateral materials for marketing and fundraising efforts
4. Coordinating communications efforts with existing families
5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key media to promote the school
6. Identifying and establishing potential partnerships
7. Team leading, management and training
8. Event planning for development efforts


任职要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above；
2. 8+ years related working experience in media industry, work team leading and management experience;
3. Excellent bilingual in Chinese and English, both in speaking and writing；
4. Having good communication and relationship with media; excellent communication skills
5. Excellent multi-task dealer and be able to work under pressure
