Responsibilities:

- Cost Centre Controlling in Beijing (costs, job card management)

- Budgeting, forecast and actual consolidation and analysis, prepare related monthly report

- Control the purchase process (expenses, costs, investment) in Beijing according to guideline principles (PR/PO reimbursement release process)

- Cooperate with financial accounting departments for monthly, yearly closing

- Cooperate with Manager for Planning and Reporting activities

- Control working capital in Wholesale and Admin

- Prepare proposal of cost reductions, expenses efficiency measures and cost targets



Qualifications:

- Bachelor or master degree in Finance / Business Administration

- 1-3 years experience in finance or accounting field, or fresh-out in finance major with relevant internship experience

- Experience with SAP R/3 system landscape

- Fluent English both is written and oral

- Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge

- Logical thinking; strong sense of responsibility

- Can work under pressure when assigned difficult tasks
