Job descriptions:-

? To manage and control of Shanghai transportation logistics operations to develop the flow of finished goods and materials in the fastest time & at the best economic value to support our manufacturing & distribution supply chain.

? Management of Shanghai Transportation and Logistics operations including finished goods collection from ST Sub-con plants to Shanghai Subcon Hub and exportation from Shanghai Subcon Hub to Regional Distribution Centers to achieve excellent customer delivery service.

? To drive logistics execution of Shanghai transportation logistics to support quarterly revenue targets, proactive escalation and resolution of cross functional issues to ensure optimization of revenue opportunities.

? Management of operational performance of China logistics service providers including their in-plants to leverage their expertise and infrastructures to achieve an efficient execution of the GLWO deliverables and to attain a best-in class performance to serve our Customers.

? Management of the Shanghai transportation Business Continuity plans operations to ensure uninterrupted flow of materials, dice, semi-finished & finished products in the event of external events compromising either the viability or reliability of standard traffic routes.

? To ensure the compliance to Company SOPs, Audit requirements, Customs Regulations, Revenue recognition rules & the adherence to SOX requirements.

? To contribute to the achievement of Company objectives through the timely execution of Policy Deployment.

? Strong co-ordination with other regional and site transportation logistics and warehousing organization.

Requirements:-

? Degree in Logistics or related disciplines
? Minimum of 7 years solid experience in related field.
? Good understanding of technical and commercial details of transportation & logistics service execution.
? Knowledge of China Import / Export Customs, CIQ procedure is mandatory
? A good team player with strong leadership skills, teamwork inspiration and co-operation.
? Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communications and cross functional cultural skills
? Ability to build and develop operational capabilities and service deliverables
? Proficient in English and Mandarin
