RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead FA (Factory Audit) for new suppliers/factories and launch technical comments for selection of new supplier/factory with related peer functions.

* Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mold & Effects Analysis) and set up the relevant CAP in those suppliers/factories

* Monitor the CAP implementation in terms of the result of PFEMA in related category’s suppliers/factories.

* Build up “Poka-Yoke” (fool-proof) for manufacturing processes to ensure the quality consistency of product.

* Make use of a Lean Tool box to deploy this approach to identify strategic suppliers (5S, Value stream mapping, Inventory reduction, Kaizen, People Productivity, Equipment availability & Single Minute Exchange of Dyes (SMED) etc.).

* Lead the 3rd party to ensure the quality consistency by on-site control, Manufacture Test etc.

* Mange overall performance, tangible benefits and report on the approach.

* Recommend and implement continuous improvement in the approach.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 5 years of experiences in Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering. 

* Rich experience on the manufacture process and the project experience on the in-line process improvement. 

* Relevant experience on the in-line industrial engineering such as layout initial, single process station improvement or fixture design etc. 

* Experiences on the in-line quality control method without depending on the inspection only. 

* Previous experience in implementing Lean concept into the manufacture process or supply chain optimization.    

* Good understanding of manufacturing

    

* Good understanding on process design and improve with minor change for manufacturing process.

    

* Preferably have the knowledge of process control such PFMEA, CPK etc.

    

* Familiar with Lean Tool Box (5S, Value stream mapping, Inventory reduction, Kanban, People Productivity, Equipment availability & Single Minute Exchange of Dyes (SMED) etc.)

    

* Strong capability on analysis & problem solving
