工作概述/ Summary
作为Jobedin个人业务的核心组成，这份工作需要对培训业务进行全面的管理。
This key role in Jobedin will be the essential person in our training business (Jobedin Unviersity for short JU). He/She will work closely with different department in the company. You will have the following main responsibilities:

职责内容/Responsibilities:
1.负责培训业务的管理，执行并完成业务销售计划及业务指标；
You will be in charge of training business management;
2.开发和维护JU产品及内容；
We will need you to develop and maintain the JU product and contents;
3.负责培训事务的具体组织及实施；
You are responsible to plan, organize and implement the training course;
4.负责与重要客户进行交流，深度把握客户咨询的实际需求；
Provide the service in consulting, demand analysis, communication to our key account;
5.调查和分析市场行情，行业信息，不断优化JU产品及用户体验；
Realize the Marketing survey and analysis for JU product and UE optimization;
6.对JU现有合作伙伴进行关系维护；
Maintain the relationship with current JU partners;
7.负责培训业务的推广及销售；拓展JU业务推广渠道和资源；
You will also work closely with marketing department for training business promotion; and expand the promotion channels;
8.需要时，作为培训师参与培训实施。
If you can work as a trainer is a plus.

职位要求/ Requirements and qualifications：
1.本科及以上学历，2年以上教育管理培训经验；
Bachelor or above, 2+years working experience in training field;
（优秀的应届毕业生亦可，需在学校有丰富的活动策划经验）

2.专业咨询公司或大型公司人事培训部门；
Consulting or HR training experience is preferred;
3.有强烈的开拓进取精神，良好的心理调节和平衡能力；
Strongly ambitious, work well under pressure;
4.具有优秀的组织协调能力及沟通能力；
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, good communication ability;
5.工作认真踏实，具高度责任心；
Rigor, responsible;
6.英文可作为工作语言。
Good English skill both in oral and written

Pay package
Basic salary RMB 4,000 to RMB 5,000+ bonus
