Responsibilities:

Provide target Dealer F&I installation and maintenance training.
Build relationships with OEMs and Dealers to support future retail and wholesale financing.
Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor data in preparation of VCFS market entry.
Maintain contact with local agencies (LCB's, Insurance Companies, CMC's) to support product development opportunities.
Improve commercial risk management skills and savvy via internal training and self development.
Identify and report dealership operating issues. Provide business management consulting to dealerships.
Train and mentor new hire personnel (including F&I), as applicable.
Make recommendations for operational processes and standards based on market knowledge.
Ad-hoc assignments, project management and participation, and operating support as requested by AFC management.

Requirements:
Proven financial services expertise in the automotive industry indicated at least 3 years of progressive industry experience.
Excellent knowledge of marketing, sales and communications.
Project Management skills generally acquired through leadership positions on projects of cross functional nature.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, gain credibility, cooperation and make effective presentations.
Strong understanding of the automotive sales and financing business.
Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and Power point.

由吉利汽车控股有限公司与法国巴黎银行个人金融双方共同成立的合资汽车金融公司的筹建申请已于2015年2月获得中国银监会正式批准，为正式进入中国汽车金融业务铺平了道路，这是双方公司发展具有里程碑意义的时刻，为未来依据中华人民共和国相关法律法规正式开展相关业务奠定了坚实的基础。
为了完成开展业务前的最后筹备工作，合资汽车金融公司将依据中国相关要求和程序进行开业申请。合资汽车金融公司将在中国境内提供汽车金融产品和服务，包括为汽车经销商购进车辆及运营所需设施提供融资解决方案（即“批售融资”），以及向终端客户提供车辆的零售融资（即“零售融资”）。
预计，在获得中国银监会及其他中国相关监管部门批准后，合资汽车金融公司将率先开展批售融资业务，并于2015年年底之前开展零售融资业务。
