Job Responsibility:

1. Manage CBG marketing activities with a focus on

- Driving acquisition campaigns to targeted segments, supporting business to meet annual client acquisition target

- Designing and managing marketing programs with alliance and channel partners for mutually beneficial client acquisition and retention purposes

- Driving marketing programs based on the client life cycle to improve client experience for retention and word-of-mouth acquisition

- Driving campaigns to raise the awareness of sub-branches and also leverage branch network for improved branding exposure

2. Manage marketing premiums and inventory

3. Manage CBG marketing budget

4. CBRC required activities

5. Develop eMarketing professional knowledge and know-how and start to implement eMarketing strategies and tactics

Job Requirement:

1. At least 6 years related working experience

2. Marketing noisiness, aesthetic sense to judge a creative design

3. Strategic thinking & planning capabilities

4. Marketing skills in planning and managing advertising and promotion programs

5. Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

6. Analytical skills on qualitative and quantitative data

7. Interpersonal communication skills, customer focus

8. Problem solving, able to work under pressure and stringent deadlines, result oriented, a team player
