职位描述：

1、负责按照设备定期保养计划，执行设备保养；

2、负责计量设备的外部校验安排和内部校验实施；

3、负责配合生产部经理一起做新生产线的调试及验收；

4、设备软、硬件的库存及成本管理；备件管理；

5、负责按照生产计划调试注塑机、挤出机、移印机、超声波焊接机、喷码机、切割机等设备；

6、负责配合由于设备、治具原因引起的过程质量问题的分析及相应改进；

7、完成领导交办的其他事情。

岗位要求：

1、从事过设备维修、保养的具体工作，5年以上相关经验；

2、有设备维修行业相关证书，如电工上岗证等；

3、对机械制造，电气控制熟悉, 熟悉Zhaifir全电动注塑机并具有维修和维护经验者优先；

4、动手能力强，具备计算机操作技能；

5、具有团队合作意识、进取精神和独当一面的工作能力。
